Call for Papers
MASTeR-2025 invites original research articles from academicians, research scholars, scientists, and engineers working in private and public organizations, industries, and academia under any of the tracks listed below.
All submitted papers must undergo a plagiarism check as per journal norms. Selected and peer-reviewed papers will be published in ISBN-assigned conference proceedings. With the authors’ consent, selected papers may also be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the suitability of the journal’s theme and reviewer recommendations. Article processing charges (APC) will be applicable for such publications.
A Best Paper Award will be presented to outstanding research contributions in each domain.
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their full papers in double-column format via the conference website. Detailed information on paper formatting and submission guidelines is available on the conference website.

4. Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be submitted in PDF Format via [submission portal/email].
- Maximum paper length: 6 pages (including references and figures)
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
5. Plagiarism Policy
- Original Work Only – All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Papers with plagiarism exceeding the acceptable limit will be rejected.
- Strict Screening – Submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection Turnitin software. Any form of copying, reusing content without citation, or self-plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
6. Presentation and Publication
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
- At least one author must register for the conference.
- Selected papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore (subject to approval).
7. Non-Refundable Policy
- No Refunds – Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No Transfers – Registrations cannot be transferred or adjusted for future events.
8. Review Policy
- No Revisions After Submission – Once a paper is submitted for review, no modifications or replacements will be allowed.
- Review Decisions Are Final –The decisions made by the reviewers and the organizing committee are final and cannot be appealed.

General Rules & Guidelines
1.At least one author must register for the paper to be included in the conference
2.Co-authors who wish to attend must register separately.
3.All registrations include the admission to all technical sessions and conference proceedings.
4.A paper will be considered for presentation and publication only if at least one full registration is completed for that paper.
5.Any accepted paper included in the final program must be presented by at least one author at the conference.
6.Participants must adhere to the conference schedule and guidelines.
7.The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program and policies if necessary
8.The allowed page limit for camera-ready papers is 6 to 10 pages.
