Dr. M. A. Maluk Mohamed

Dr. Maluk completed his Ph.D from IIT Madras, Chennai, M.E (CSE) from REC Tiruchirapalli and B.E.(ECE) from Bharathidasan University. Chairman of 3 higher educational institutions – M.A.M. College of Engineering & Technology, M.A.M. School of Architecture and M.A.M. Business School. He is also the Co-founder and Global Vice President (Research) – Twin Health Inc., San Francisco and heads the India Operations – Twins Digital Services India Pvt. Ltd. – Chennai.

His doctoral thesis was on the topic, Communication and Computing Paradigms for Distributed Mobile Systems. His current research focuses on Healthcare technology, Distributed Computing, Mobile Computing, wireless Sensor Networks, Cluster Computing, Grid Computing, etc. Dr. Maluk has guided 12 research scholars in getting their Ph.D. degree and 1 M.S.(Research) student. He has published 178 research publications in various international journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Maluk has released 15 publications and has been credited in over 30 International Conference proceedings. A renowned speaker, who is much sought after for his lectures in scientific symposiums and technical conferences apart from the ones at educational institutions. Dr. Maluk has received several Awards and recognition for his contribution to the spheres of Education, Science & Technology.

Fathima Bathool’s academic journey is a testament to her pursuit of knowledge and intellectual prowess. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Alagappa University, Karaikudi. Her undergraduate degree in Nutrition Food Service Management & Dietetics from the University of Madras showcases her diverse educational background.

Furthermore, she has undergone executive training at IIM Ahmedabad and completed the Women Entrepreneurs Education Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

As the Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the MASTeR Group of Institutions, comprising M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology and M.A.M. B School, Fathima Bathool has played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape in Tamil Nadu.

Her accolades include the prestigious “ICTACT Women Edupreneur Awards 2015” and the “Best Women Entrepreneur Award” from the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Tamil Nadu (WEAT) in 2015. These recognitions underscore her significant contributions to the education industry.

Fathima Bathool’s leadership extends beyond her institutions. She has served as the national chair of CII Yi’s YUVA, a student organization under Young Indians (Yi). Her active involvement has also led her to be a governing council member of the national Yi team and an executive committee member of CII Southern Regional Council since 2017.

Her decade-long association with Young Indians Yi has been marked by several achievements. Notably, during her tenure as Chair of Yi Tiruchirappalli, the chapter received awards for the Best Yuva Chapter, and the Project Komal (later known as MASOOM) she initiated gained national recognition. She also held the position of Regional Chairperson of CII’s Young Indians Tamilnadu Zone.

Fathima Bathool was the driving force behind Yi Project MASOOM, a national initiative aimed at creating awareness on child safety among children, parents, and stakeholders. The project, launched by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 2015, has made a significant impact in safeguarding children.

She is also a member of CII’s IWN (Indian Women Network) and also held the position of President at the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Tamil Nadu (WEAT) in 2019-2020.

Fathima Bathool’s global engagement has taken her to various countries, including the USA, Australia, China, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Sultanate of Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka.
