Dr.X. Susan Christina, M.E., Ph.D
Dr. X. Susan Christina is an accomplished academician and dynamic leader with over 29 years of distinguished experience in Engineering Education. She holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an M.E. with distinction in Optical Communication, and a Ph.D. in Optical Computing from Anna University.
She has served in key academic and administrative roles, including Professor, Head of the ECE Department, and Principal at reputed institutions, and currently leads as the Principal of M A M College of Engineering and Technology.
An expert in Optical Communication, Communication Systems, and RF Design, she has guided more than 150 undergraduate and postgraduate projects and mentored numerous research scholars. Her research contributions span Optical Computing, Photonic Crystal Devices, Optical Signal Processing, Antenna Design, and VLSI/Device Modeling, with over 50 publications in reputed international journals including SCI and Scopus, 30 conference papers, five book chapters, and funded projects exceeding ₹50 lakhs from AICTE, DST, and ISRO.
Actively engaged with the global research community, she is a reviewer for leading journals including SPIE Optical Engineering, Elsevier, Springer, IET, Taylor & Francis, Electronics Letters, and Chinese Optics. She currently supervises five Ph.D. scholars, serves on doctoral committees, and holds life memberships in ISTE, IEI, and IEEE, in addition to being a Fellow of IETE.

Dr. B. Muruganantham, M.E., Ph.D

Dr. B. Muruganantham is a visionary leader and an accomplished researcher in Power Systems, with over 25 years of distinguished service across Academia, Industry and Institutional governance. In his pivotal role as Registrar of MASTeR Group of Institutions, he provides strategic leadership for the entire spectrum of administrative and academic operations.
He holds Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Pondicherry Central University, M.E. (Power Systems) from Anna University and B.Tech from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is an active member of several professional bodies, including IEEE, ISTE, and the Institution of Engineers (India).
He is a dedicated researcher, with his research focuses on Power System Analysis and Sustainable Energy Solutions, notably in areas like Distribution-connected PV generation and Electric Vehicle Technologies. His scholarly accomplishments include:
• Securing research grants totalling over Rs. 5 Crores from agencies like DST and AICTE.
• Filing a patent for an “IoT-based Real-Time EV Monitoring System.”
• Authoring numerous publications in SCI/Scopus-indexed international journals.
• Presenting research at prestigious forums, including the IEEE PES General Meeting in Chicago. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to system-driven management, sustainable development, and fostering an ecosystem of academic excellence and innovation.
As Registrar, he spearheads critical functions including Finance, Budgeting, Human Resource Management, Infrastructure Development and Maintenance. He holds primary responsibility for ensuring statutory compliance and securing approvals from regulatory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, Anna University. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the group’s digital transformation, implementing advanced systems for CRM-based admissions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and automated HR processes.
A strong advocate for innovation, he actively promotes student entrepreneurship and has successfully mentored several student startups. His expertise in accreditation processes has been pivotal in achieving prestigious accolades, including accreditations by NAAC and NBA.
Dr. S. Rajasekaran, M.E., Ph.D

Dr. S. Rajasekaran received his B.E. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Madras University, and M.E. Degree in Power Systems from Annamalai University. He earned his Ph.D. in Intelligent Energy Management for Restructured Power Markets from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
With 25 years of experience in Academia and Industries and outstanding contribution in his profession, he has earned recognition as an Academician, Researcher and Administrator.
He plays a pivotal role in shaping the Institution’s Academic Strategies, Research and Development, Student Admissions, Student Affairs, Institutional Branding and Mentoring Faculty across all branches of study.
His Research Interests includes Power System Restructuring, Power Quality, Power Systems Optimization and Application of Intelligent Techniques to address challenges in Power Systems.
He has guided more than 25 Undergraduate and 10 Postgraduate Projects, published over 30 Research Papers in reputed National and International Journals, and granted two Patents, reflecting his strong commitment to innovation and advancement in the field of Electrical Engineering.
He is an active member of IEEE and the Institution of Engineers (India) [IE(I)] Students’ Chapter. Under his leadership, the institution received the Best Engineering College Students’ Chapter Award from IE(I), Kolkata, during 2017–2018, and the Certificate of Appreciation from the IEEE Madras Section in 2019.
